“And he said unto me..; My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” 2 Corinthians 12:9

Recently I’ve found myself dealing with many struggles around my life that I haven’t been able to understand. Though I’m an author that writes much about spiritual warfare and identifying things that seems to attack Believers unaware, at times we receive these attacks when we’re least expected from those we feel are most dear to us. They are unaware of course that they are merely the means of the enemy to slip in when your guards are down such as Job’s wife; “Are you still holding on to your integrity? Curse God and die!” Job 2:9, and our Lord to Peter after pronouncing to build His church upon him; But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.” Matthew 16:23. As our Lord and Job rebuked those statements from those close to them…I later pondered on the comment spoken to me…”Why are you the “Broken One.” Amen.  At the time I laughed it off not really giving it much thought , but took it only as a joke, but in all reality my life has been one of much suffering and lost…divorce, material lost, ridicule, and much more. Blinded by the enemy at every turn in my life, yet when given the opportunity to speak in front of brothers and sisters, I was told by other Pastors that I had a strong call upon my life some would say…as a Pastor, others, a Preacher or gifts they saw as an Apostle… though I didn’t understand this fully, I suppose they saw something I couldn’t. I’m just happy to have received a call at all…a sinner saved by the amazing grace of our God through our Lord Jesus Christ. For I am not worthy of such an honor, seeing that I feel that I am now the least in my Father’s household. Many days and nights of tears and sadness, yet, my God have been gracious unto me more than I could ever ask. I reflected on much of this and as Job shouted…”Praise be to God, for the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away.” I came into this world with nothing and I will leave this world with nothing (materially) that is, so therefore I, too will boast in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. I WILL shout from the highest mountain of all the wonderful and beautiful things the Lord has done for me. Before His assembly I WILL tell of the unsearchable amount of riches I found in Christ in this life as He held my hand and completed the work He began in me as He carried me from faith to faith and glory to glory for His name sake. I only can pray that God continue to bless each and every one of you in Christ and may His power and Holy Spirit rest upon you in abundance as you are carried from faith to faith. Therefore, having said this, in all that I may encounter and go through, may God continue to be my defense in battle, my stronghold and support, my refuge and strength in my weaknesses as this world and the things thereof become more and more insignificant to me. May the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob continue to watch over, protect, and keep you and your love ones as you press forward in that upward calling in Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen and God bless.

The Battlefield of Angels; United States…The House of Slavery.  D.R.Tracy is  worth the read for those unaware of the spiritual warfare that takes place around us on a daily bases in different forms. Even as believers we walk in faith not knowing the forces of evil that stands in the way of our spiritual growth, or unaware of certain doors that we open unintentionally that may hinder our prayers for aid and how to combat against such spiritual evil and thus leaving us feeling defeated and without God’s help. Something I’ve witnessed in the Word of God from beginning to end is that the love of God, His power, His Holy Spirit and His authority is all over its pages unchanging from beginning to end for those of us that sincerely seek the will of God. However, our faith becomes stagnet and without the demonstration of the power and authority given to us through the Holy Spirit by Christ to accomplish our task at hand with the gifts given us by God. We often lack the love and compassion that was demonstrated through the person of His son, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ…God in human form to teach and instruct, to set free and stand in the gap for our brothers and sisters and a lost and suffering people as our Lord. This takes spiritual maturity and the mind of Christ to see with spiritual eyes and walk in obedience to the Word of God. That kind of compassion and love cast out ALL fear and doubt and breaks even the strongest of chains and bonds that are placed on an individual by the enemy. I’ve heard too many testimonies where believers in Christ walking in faith and those that ask believers to pray for them that needs repeat prayer over and over again to be set free from some demon force that attacks and wonder…why? Whether in an individual life, over a city or within a congregation, results were the same. Christ casted out “Legions of demons” attached to one life without repeated prayer and that person was clean and made whole; And Jesus asked him, saying , What is thy name? And he said , Legion: because many devils were entered into him.” Luke 8:30. I’m not sharing this to say we often lack faith, though majority of the time this is the reason; And Jesus rebuked him, and the demon came out of him, and the boy was cured at once. Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, “Why could we not drive it out?” And He said to them, “Because of the littleness of your faith; for truly I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you.…” Matthew 17:18. But more so for the reason that we lack the love and compassion for others that limits our faith and the authority that we already possess to put that faith in action by the demonstration of the Holy Spirit. Our Lord didn’t say fight, but stand equip with the full armor of God in face of the enemy, for the battle is the Lord’s. Amen. And the Lord has promised us the there is NO weapon form that shall harm thee…if God is for us who can be against us? When will we begin to believe in our Lord’s promises, the Word of God and trust Him completely? When will we stop being such an unbelieving generation and stop the hindering of the Holy Spirit’s power to act and work through us? When we truly begin to look upon humanity with compassion and the love of our Lord and walk as TRUE believers…not that some aren’t doing so already, the remainder of us will follow suit and witness miracles as in the days of old with surprise as the world as if something mysterious has happen, but as a representative of the kingdom of heaven in this dark world that is under the sway of the enemy. And yes, people will be set free indeed, the blind will truly see, and the lame will really walk. Amen. Therefore, let us begin to walk as children of the God… children walking in faith filled with His Spirit and the authority given by our Lord to overcome spiritual conflicts, tearing down the strongholds of the enemy that is rooted in the lives of many believers and those predestined to receive salvation. Christ showed that authority given to Him by the Father, which He gave to those believers here in the world continuing that work for the advancement of the kingdom of God with the gifts God has given each of us, that we may lack nothing in our walk of faith through this “Valley of the Shadow of Death.” It is love that sets those captive free, and when our heart of stone is turned into flesh a full transformation begins to happen beyond our human understanding… as God has stated; “If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”  2 Chronicles 7:14 “…Call unto me and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you know not.” Jeremiah 33:3. May the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob watch over you and protect you and those you love as we mature in our faith and learn completely with the love of Christ that these strongholds may begin to uproot themselves from the lives of many by the authority given us from heaven. Amen. Are you really ready for spiritual warfare? Compassion and the Love of Christ through us for people is what sets the captives free and breaks the spiritual strongholds of the enemy. God bless.

“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.  For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.  Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;  And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:” Ephesians 6

Do we really know what we’re up against as children of the living God? In this realm, we’re not in the kingdom of heaven, but in enemy territory as Ambassadors, Preachers, Ministers, Healers, Encouragers and Teachers, trying to complete a task given by our Lord in His name for the glory of our Father and God. Amen. Why then I ask myself, do most of us suffer shipwreck faith? (Rhetorical Question). Mostly because the growing up in our faith is a process learned as we mature in our identity of who we are in Christ and the authority in His name given to us. We are equip already even as babes in Christ with everything we need to complete our commission, and anything that lacks God provides through our Lord as we grow up in Christ and maturely learn to operate the gifts given to us for the task at hand…all we have to do is ask and God determines the timing. We are representatives of the kingdom of heaven. In the “Valley of the shadow of Death”…the land of a very powerful enemy that still holds captive those predestined to receive salvation…believe it or not, but very true. This is the reality, this is real, this is spiritual warfare. At times this sounds as if it’s a farfetched fiction unable to be grasped by the human mind UNLESS these things are revealed to you with spiritual eyes to see. John 3: Even the Apostle Paul stated;  For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known. .” 1 Corinthians 13:12 Brothers and sisters, without this knowledge of who we are in Christ how could we possibly think that we can stand against such a foe like him that walked among the fiery rocks of God, in His presence and as one of the protectors of the throne of the living God with so much power and knowledge? Even to the point of tempting Christ by twisting the Word of God. Are we really ready for such a battle? If we are not, then I believe we need to start preparing for such, because without this truth of Scripture grounded in our being, carved on the tablets of our hearts, our watered down faith will fail us when tried by fire and tested. Therefore let us prepare ourselves by knowing first who we are in Christ and in the household of God toward one another…surrendering ourselves under the hand of the living God that we may come to know what His pleasing and perfect will for us as representatives of the kingdom of heaven that dwells within you and all around you. Let us wake up and begin to see with spiritual eyes, as the Lord stated; Jesus answered and said unto him, “Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Let us begin to walk in that faith, that faith we had when we first believed and accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior for our lives and declare that which we believe regardless of man’s opinion, family rejection, and opposition from the enemy. Walk in that faith as we are given utterance to speak by the Spirit with boldness and the authority given to us in Jesus name. Amen.  We are “MORE THAN CONQUERORS” Romans 8: 37-39; No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[b] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord…  and No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.” Isaiah 54:17. May the Holy God of Abram, Isaac, and Jacob watch over you and I as we grow up and mature in this walk of faith that we may be able to stand against the schemes of the evil one who works so diligently against the children of God. Keeping you from all unseen hurt harm and danger. God bless.

“For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.” Hebrews 5

What is right or wrong? Good or Evil? Who determines this? Many of us see from our own perspective what right and wrong is based on our upbringing, lessons taught through personal experience or the experience of others shared…doesn’t mean that they are “right”, because let’s face it, they too have learned from someone and that someone received it passed on by someone else and so on. Much of which has come from “the world”, communities and other social surroundings we’ve grew up in and of course the experience of life in general. Based on many of these ideas, advice and shared experiences, with very good intentions no doubt, especially from love ones, can lead one to be led by emotions rather than what is the truth or the lie in certain situations and circumstances. If we look at King Solomon for example with the display of Godly wisdom in his judgment about the baby and the two women;   Solomon asked for a sword to cut the baby in half. To each prostitute, half of the boy would be given. The mother of the child spoke up quickly asking for the boy to be given to the other woman. From this act of compassion, Solomon determined she was the true mother of the boy. He awarded her custody of the baby boy. Solomon was praised for his wisdom.” 1 Kings 3:16-28.   He wasn’t led by emotions, or what others could have given as advice, but by the Holy Spirit’s wisdom to determine what was right or wrong or the truth or a lie in that case. Again the Word of God states; There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end there of are the ways of death.” Proverbs 14:12. As children of God and being a part of one another, it is vital for us in the household of God to be united, likeminded in body and spirit…of one accord when it comes to knowing the difference between right and wrong, not only for ourselves, but for our beloved spiritual family members that we give sound instructions, advice and correction to from the Word of God NOT leaning on our own understanding of anything, but led by the Holy Spirit.  Because there is a VERY REAL enemy that knows this Word of God, perhaps better than we do and he knows far too well how to twist the truth of God’s Word into the most deceptive of lies right before our eyes if we are not grounded in the Word of God. Amen. This would even have most of us who are studying, preaching and teaching the Word, but living so blindly, that we couldn’t be farther from the truth…without the power of the Holy Spirit, so there’s no real threat to him [the enemy], by no means. Believe me when I say this knowing the difference is a gift from God, and only by constant practicing of the Word can we grow up in our faith being mature men and women of God knowing good from evil, not as the world sees it, with its many deceptive illusions mythologies, but as it is seen through the eyes of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.  Then of course there’s that flip side of the coin where we know something to be contrary to the Word of God and condone its practice with an outright excuse of saying; “It’s not my business”…sounds familiar? But let me remind you…”And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said; I know not: Am I my brother’s keeper? Genesis 4:9. Yes, I am. Because I know that we are part of one another and if my brother / sister in Christ is effected by something, then so am I as a part of this spiritual household of God’s. The difference is that I’m not to judge my family, but instruct them in love and based on the Word of God and vice versa. In my opinion we’re just big kids in God’s house learning how to keep in step with the Spirits leading that we can mature together as a household bound stronger than ever that the love and light of our Lord Jesus Christ may shine as bright as the noonday sun through us for the world to see that there is a God, and Lord and Savior that lives, that loves and cares beyond human understanding for a lost world and patiently waits for the remaining of our household to enter and share in the inheritance that awaits them as for us. Amen. Therefore, let move forward with that vision of maturity, practicing and drawing nearer to the author and finisher of our faith with the hope that we as well as others reach spiritual maturity in love and in God’s Word.  May the one and only God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob protect you and your love ones as we move from faith to faith and glory to glory in Jesus name. Amen and God bless.

Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan[b] also came among them.  And the Lord said to Satan, “From where do you come?” So Satan answered the Lord and said, “From going to and fro on the earth, and from walking back and forth on it.” Then the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who fears God and shuns evil?” So Satan answered the Lord and said, “Does Job fear God for nothing? 10 Have you not made a hedge around him, around his household, and around all that he has on every side? Job 1:6-9

Why do so much conflict, violence and downright evil permeate our societies? Where can we find the answer? We would think that we could find some sort of bright light in the world through religion, sadly, even religion, that many look for solutions to life’s problems is in disarray. Christians warring against Christians, Muslim kill Muslim, and Jews confront other Jews. Every facet of hope appears to be confusing for so many. It is as we are a blind people searching for a spark of light in darkness. Why are we plagued with such suffering and problems? Scientist recognizes that a basic law of the universe; is that a cause exist for every effect. Things do not just happen, they occur because “something” or “someone” causes them to happen.  In fact, we can find a cause for every evil we see in the world.  Crime, war, religious confusion, famine, starvation, disease, premature death in their many tragic forms all exist for a reason. Our primary cause for such chaos lurks behind the curtains of the physical realm. Masking itself in the shadows cunningly as many go about believing that he is some mythical embodiment of evil, truth is many don’t know what to believe any more. To know the enemy of mankind, one must study about the enemy as the enemy has studied and continues to study humanity.  Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.”  When we fail to study the source and origin of spiritual things, we tend to fall into the secular beliefs of others opinions and drug away by feeble tales and myths that have no scriptural truth and therefore are blinded to what happens around us spiritually. To answer the original question at hand…does Satan really exist? The answer…yes, of course he does and he is a very real threat and deceiver of humanity. Where can we find the most reliable source of information on the spiritual realm? There is only one original source that pertains to the spiritual world that surrounds us and that found in the Bible. The Bible contains unequivocal internal evidence that it truly is the Word of God and through its pages God reveals true spiritual knowledge, information unavailable from any other source.  This is not for brothers and sisters to focus continually on the evil that surrounds us as a body, because we know that He that is in us is greater than he that is in the world. This is for us to be aware and informed that there is a REAL enemy of the children of God and that we should pay close attention to the schemes, illusions and deceptions the enemy uses to divide and conquer, methods of conflict and illusions and lies that masks itself by the enemy to shatter, weaken and mislead those of faith. How can one obtain leverage in enemy territory if not informed of the enemy’s tactics? God is ALL powerful, however, he allows Satan to carry out his deceitful and destructive activities-within certain limits- for a purpose. We can use the story of Job as an example of that purpose. God knew Job’s heart better than Satan thought he did. Suffering sometimes proves the character of God’s children during trying moments such as that of Job. As Paul wrote in 1 Thessalonians 2:4; “We are not trying to please men, but God who tests our hearts.” This is why Paul and others could rejoice during their sufferings, they knew that during their sufferings, testing and trials the Spirit of God rested upon them. Therefore rejoice when trials come, when the enemy has selected you, because one…you are a child of the living God, and two…we know that God will not give us more than we can bear. Put on the whole armour of God that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” May God continue to watch over you, protect you and bless you in all that you do and touch as we press forward from faith to faith and glory to glory. Amen.

“The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” John 1:14. There has been and perhaps still may be much debate about the divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ. Was Christ God that came down from heaven in human form to dwell among the people? Why is God, in the person of Christ considered the Son of God? Why in the person of Christ did our Lord Jesus not consider himself equal to God being God in human form? Question that many Believers shy away from when confronted by those of “the world” that believe the Word of God is full of contradictions and based on the wisdom of this world can’t seem to make sense of. Even when looking at the Holy Trinity…the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, all being God, but distinct in personality, separate one from another with its own function as part of the Godhead, but one Spirit working through all. “No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.” John 1:18. Regardless of what debate the world may cast, or disbelief or doubt maybe displayed by those who do not believe, for I am convinced that my Lord Jesus Christ is God in human form. Therefore, what I believe I speak. It not my position to convince the masses on what they are to believe or not believe, but it is my position to present the Word of Truth as I am commissioned to do so. For this reason, as children of the living God whom God foreknew, called, and predestined, has specific task to perform while here passing through…the completion of the work started by our Lord Jesus and passed down from Believer to Believer. Sometime I wonder how could one question the manifold wisdom of such an awesome God. If things do not appear within the reasoning of our limited knowledge and intellect, especially pertaining to things of God, it must not be true, accurate or correct….faith is lost. However, I wonder has anyone, while searching for flaws in the Word of God, or what was written and by whom that contradicts, considered really who is the grand illusionist that blind the eyes of those seeking to discredit the Word of God…of course not.  Just as the Jews believed they were waiting on a king to come and sit on David’s throne in this realm at that time and destroy their enemies, there was something much greater at stake taking place in the spiritual realm. “Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: (but now) is my kingdom not from hence.Christ knew who would believe…”Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;” John 17:20. Do we really know what’s taking place around us in the heavenly realms?  What we are to know, we are provided with and the rest is all about faith. Paul couldn’t have said it more plainly in 1 Corinthians 13:12;  “For now (in this world) we see through a glass, darkly; but then(when we are with Christ) face to face: now (while in this life) I know in part; but then (when I am heaven bound) shall I know even as also I am known.

“My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord.

“And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine.

For just as the heavens are higher than the earth,

so my ways are higher than your ways

and my thoughts higher than your thoughts…”

[Isaiah 55: 8-9, NLT]

When will we stop questioning God and take God’s Word for what it is…the truth. How long must we debate, conflict and wrestle over the Word of God and reason together as brothers and sisters prayerfully, leaning not on our own understanding, but allow the Spirit to teach and lead us into ALL truth pertaining to the things of God. “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:” Matthew 7:7. How can we try to figure out things of such an ALL knowing, ALL powerful, creator and sustainer of ALL things when we have such difficulty living in this life alone?  But our Lord said it best in Luke 18:8; “I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? I pray that those reading this may come to the true knowledge of who Jesus Christ is and your position in Him as part of the body of Christ and work to be done, I included. This is all about Faith. So guard your minds and hearts as you press forward from faith to faith and glory to glory. Let no one deceive you or misguide you from your upward calling in Christ Jesus our Lord, for the enemy is crafty, and out to destroy ALL who bare that seal that you received when you first believed. Amen. So, may the one and only true God, Lord and Savior, the Holy God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob protect you and watch over you and equip you with all you need in Jesus name. Amen and God bless.

Truly we’ve all heard “Humble yourself before the Lord and He shall lift you up.” James 4:10. By definition, humility; is an action regarding others before one’s self…unselfishness or sacrificing yourself for others; “He who tries to save his life will lose his life, but he that gives his life for the sake of another will gain eternal life.” For most of us, these are hard words to swallow, because if we have any part of ourselves incorporated with “the world” of things, this act would seem impossible. The flesh is designed for self preservation, therefore would shrink back from such a high call upon one’s life. However, humbling ourselves in the hands of the living God would call out that Kingdom faith and who you are…a joint heir King and Queen in Christ Jesus for the sake of God’s people and then it would give the enemy something to truly worry about, because not only do they recognize who you are, you also see the enemy for who they are. “One day the evil spirit answered them, Jesus I know and I know about Paul, but who are you?” ACTS 19:15. This is what we were called to do, present ourselves as living sacrifices our spiritual act of worship, Romans 12: 1 and 2. Walking in humility (keeping in step with the Holy Spirit) allows the Power of the Holy Spirit to rest upon us from on high and this is how we as children of God begin to see and witness miracles, revivals, demons cast out, sicknesses healed in the name of Jesus. Amen. As the Word of God states; “Having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!  For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts,  always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” 2 Timothy 3:5-7. Though this verse speaks of those that really have no positioning in Christ, we on the other tend to walk such as these at times. In other words, refusing to humble ourselves underneath the hand of God, therefore quenching the Holy Spirit of God, who waits to perform these heavenly miracles through us, so we’re breaking God’s heart. Brothers and sisters we are of the household of the living God to perform a great work as co-workers along with our Lord…this is why we have a great commission. I would be the first to admit, that I am guilty of such shortcomings. Believe or not, humility is the key that unlock many blessings that are awaiting the children of God to begin their work here and now. Take a look at Daniel 10:12; “Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God your words were heard, and I have come to respond to them.”  Not that our prayers go unheard, but that act of humility also is an act of faith that causes God to respond based on such a faith,  so much that the enemy knew who Daniel was and tried to hinder his prayers…a great prophet. The eyes of heaven are upon us and how we respond to this great commission and work set before us is in our doing alone. As Paul states; “Let each man seek after his own salvation with fear and trembling.” The only question I have for us as a family the body of Christ Jesus our Lord, and partakers in this heavenly calling…what are prepared to do? I pray that each one of us draw near to God and humble ourselves that the Spirit of God may rest upon each and every one that is reading this post at this moment and those that are part of this body that we may become who we were called to be in Christ Jesus and grow in the knowledge of our Lord each day as we press forward in faith, hope and love watching miracles happen right before our very eyes. Amen. May God continue to keep you and protect you. God bless.

1 Corinthians 5

“For we know that if our earthly house, this tent (the body), is destroyed, we have a building (heavenly body) from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.  For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed with our habitation which is from heaven,  if indeed, having been clothed, we shall not be found naked.  For we who are in this tent groan, being burdened, not because we want to be unclothed, but further clothed, that mortality may be swallowed up by life. Now He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who also has given us the Spirit as a guarantee.

So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. For we walk by faith, not by sight. We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. Therefore we make it our aim, whether present or absent, to be well pleasing to Him. 10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.” The Apostle Paul couldn’t have said it any better when he made the statement in 1 Corinthians 15:19; “If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.” This is a walk of faith for those of us whom God has foreknown, called, predestined, to be conformed into the likeness of His one and only Son, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We know that; “faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1. “In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted,” 2 Timothy 2:12. When we begin to realize who we are in Christ, our identity, and begin to be transformed by the Word of God (for the mind) and Spirit of God (transforming the inner man), then we can begin setting our eyes and hearts on the things above; “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” Matthew 6:33. Then we can start seeing beyond these things that are temporal and be about God’s business. Then we see that our calling by the Lord was not in vain, His dying on the Cross for us was not in vain. We begin to see with spiritual eyes those placed in our lives are blessings and the communities that we live in you are that bee-ken of light shining in darkness. We will begin to forgive those that wish harm for us, speak unfriendly about us and listen to those that are dear to us from our hearts. Lift those up around us more than ourselves and encourage those who struggle to strive forward, because this walk of faith demands that. We see things afar from a heavenly perspective that many can’t see or understand. What did our Lord say at when they were nailing Him to the Cross?  Then said Jesus; “Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.”  Luke 23:34. “So then, brethren, we are under obligation, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh–for if you are living according to the flesh, you must die(the body); but if by the Spirit you are putting to death the deeds of the body, you will live.…” Romans 8:12, 13. No more shall we struggle to find our way, our way is set before us. It’s when we begin to take those steps of faith and leave the rest up to God that we begin to see miracles of old, revivals before our eyes, healings and not shrinking back from our callings, but making our callings sure as a soldier in the army of the living God. A renewed hope, a new faith, a new way to love, and a new way of seeing things as this New Year ushers its way in. Amen. So therefore I leave you with my baptism speech some years ago; Galatians 2:20;  “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”  As we move forward in faith, let us realize that our Lord is alive…our God is the same God yesterday, today, and forever; that we are part of the body of Christ. That there is one Spirit that works in all and through all and we recommit ourselves for this New Year, God will, embrace those things unseen, by faith no longer having a form of Godliness and denying its power, but giving the enemy something to truly worry about and that is; that we are children of the living God and as a body we have work to do without compromise. God’s will shall as we move from faith to faith and glory to glory. Amen and God bless.

“The Battlefield of Angels”; United States…The House of Slavery

dore-angel host

The vision around the main character David Anderson

“. . . My brothers, . . . my sisters, the hour has come that we begin to realize who . . . we . . . are in Christ Jesus our Lord. If the same Spirit of the living God dwells in Christ and we who are in Christ contain His spirit within our hearts, then, the same Spirit of the living God dwells within our mortal bodies just as it did in our Lord, meaning; . . . we are just as our Lord Jesus Christ when he was here walking on this earth . . . God, in the flesh with a body prepared just for him!” David stated looking out into the crowd with boldness. “. . . Don’t be mistaken, for the Word of God says in Colossians 1 starting at verse 25, . . .The Apostle Paul states that “I have become its servant by the commission God gave me to present to you the word of God in its fullness—the mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the saints. To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious richest of this mystery which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. We proclaim him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect in Christ. . .!” David stood citing from memory with a voice of authority that could only come from the Spirit of God as the congregation followed along reading and looking up at David. Both warriors looked up toward the ceiling with their celestial eyes as a soft glow appeared around them along with the transformation of the ceiling’s structure became an open funnel where other heavenly warriors stood with swords in hand peering back at the two celestial beings. As far as the eye could see heavenward, the glory of the light appeared to shine brighter and brighter, and the sound of angelic language and music of praise was heard from every level. As they peered around at the activity in the heavens, it seemed to be just as busy as that upon earth. Legions upon legions of angelic beings darted around tending to the affairs of heaven and voices…human voices were heard shouting praises. Around the two warriors, everything appeared normal again.

Why do we fear, doubt, worry, disbelieve, lack faith, and at times shrink back? The principle reason I believe many of us as children of God shrink back when it calls for boldness of the Word or our commission, is because many of us hasn’t realized that great company of heaven’s host that stands besides us, protect us, or give us strength when in need at the command of our Lord and Savior…, so there is no power to stand up in faith. We must begin to make our calling sure and exercise that faith within us by beholding such a great cloud of witnesses before such as our forefathers of faith and those ministering heavenly brothers that stand by our side that encourages, strengthen, defend and even watch over us before our very eyes. As the Word of God states; “If God is for us, who can be against us?” Romans 8:31. Therefore let us move forward pressing toward that upward call in Christ Jesus our Lord with boldness and courage giving praises and thanksgiving to our God and Father through our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen and God bless. Happy Holidays!!!

“Becoming Christ-like…a living sacrifice”

The Apostle Paul points this out to us in Romans 12: 1 and 2. That we are to present our bodies a “living” (alive) “sacrifice” (dead) holy and pleasing to God.  This is our spiritual act of worship (obedient service). Since we’ve accepted Christ as Lord and Savior, we have been bought with a price…the shedding of our Lord’s blood on the Cross, and we are NO LONGER our own to do as we please (though we have free will to act as such) as in the past, but to honor God with our servitude and continue the work our Lord commissioned us to do. Bearing our Cross daily (the act of humility) is one act of becoming like our Lord. crucifying this flesh is the part of being “dead” to the things in this world that we formally participated in before being called by God for works of service and “alive” in spirit that we may now focus on things above (a new creation in Christ) and the tasks set before us to complete. Amen. He goes on to state; “do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of you mind.” This is a process that takes place within the believer by the power of the Holy Spirit and the washing of the mind through God’s word, so don’t get discouraged if you may slip and fall from time to time, it happens with everyone, because the mind, which has been an enemy toward God tries to understand this process that is taking place with new information (spiritual things of God) and discipline it once never had. Many of God’s children grow to believe that “sufferings” of sickness, mental disorders, anything pertaining to lack of, is the will of God for their lives and have been preached as such, is a bold face lie of the enemy! The Word of God states;  John 10:10. The suffering that we go through is that of denying the body (crucifying the flesh) of those things it once formally participated in and is common to us that we tend to still desire at times. The flesh is alive and is an enemy within itself along with its passions, so don’t be fooled. Amen. Though we may look the same as before, and have our personalities, we are in fact not the same individuals that once lived in this body.” I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Galatians 2:20, (my baptism speech). In order for us to become more “Christ-like” we must prayerfully ask the Lord to give us sight, to see as he sees this world and the things that go on around us. Without this divine intervention we are a people blind trying to lead the blind and therefore leaning on our own understanding and blinded by our perception. At times I believe that we are a people more confused (not everyone) than those living in “the world”, because at lease the world knows what it wants and goes for it no matter who is hurt, destroyed, deceived or crushed, when we as Believers struggle with sin trying to have our “heaven on earth” so to speak, which leaves us more confused, gossiping and destroying one another without thought that this is not how the Body of our Lord Jesus functions in this world…it becomes very sad to see and breaks my heart often, because we’re not understanding “who” or our identity in Christ really is. TRUE EXPERIENCE: I stood one day watching people running around, being about their daily activity and I ask God silently; “Lord, show me how you see these people.” As God is my witness, in that moment, the Spirit of God came upon me and I felt as if my heart was going to explode. I began to cry uncontrollably and tremble and my friend that was with me asked; “Are you ok, what’s wrong?” I responded; “Look at all those people, Christ is knocking at their hearts and they won’t let him in.” Of course my friend thought I was crazy and said; “Okay…may I should go and come back and we’ll talk later.” And the Spirit lifted off me. It was incredible.  It is about the people and nothing more for our Lord; that all should repent and receive salvation. What did Jesus say in reference to paying taxes? Tell us therefore, What thinkest thou? Is it lawful to give tribute unto Caesar, or not? But Jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, Why tempt ye me, ye hypocrites9  Shew me the tribute money. And they brought unto him a penny.  And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription? They say unto him, Caesar’s. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s; and unto God the things that are God’s.” And what is it that is of God’s? Those captive by the enemy, that are in bondage and in spiritual chains…the people. Amen. Let the world chase after the world, but give to God what is due. Also pray for the “gift of discernment”, for the enemy is crafty and the Word of God states; “For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.” 1 Corinthians 2:1; that we may test all spirits and things that rises itself up against the knowledge of the Word of God. Therefore, dear brothers and sisters, let us move forward becoming one in spirit, in heart and in mind as we continue to grow up in Christ and become more like our Lord, “who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped.” Philippians 2:6. Allowing us to put on this same humility and walk in obedience underneath the hand of God who will lift us up in our due time. Amen. God bless each and every one of you and your love ones and again…Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
