“OUT OF DARKNESS HE CALLED ME…”

Jesusoncross03_00_PM_by_aremanvin

WITH THE LOVE HE DISPLAYED FOR ME.

Greater love hath no man than this; that a man lay down his life for his friends.”John 15:13.

My family in Christ…Believers…, can you imagine what love the Father has for us through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ? I mean, have you really given it much thought? Not only a love [that] a Holy and the all powerful God of creation would even consider us as a thought, but a love that’s so powerful and inseparable that He would ultimately send His one and only Son to die to save us all and all of creation by that same love, because of His great love for us? Have you meditated on that thought? Or even considered what our Lord had to go through in that hour, being found without sin carrying the sins of the world upon Him? What a terrifying dark hour that moment had to be. I couldn’t fathom the thought, though I have tried, which had led me to a mess of tears, because I couldn’t contain the emotions that accompanied the thought. During this process of growth, falling, getting up and trying again, repenting and pressing forward, struggling, yet holding on to that mustard seed faith even while the enemy taunted me, attacked me…He has always been right there never leaving my side because of that love He has for us. That alone humbles me, because I know I’ve felt I’m not worthy of such a great love and amazing grace. But He continues to remind me that; “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:” Philippians 1:6. He called me out of darkness and what a darkness it was. A life of self destruction, a life that had became incorporated with the world of things. Chasing after endless illusions the enemy would lay before me without realizing while all the time heavens eyes were upon me and at the proper time…He called me, He introduced Himself to me and this not with words only, but by the presence and power of the Holy Spirit to let me know HE…is alive, that HE…does exist and that HE…has a love for us that no mind could possibly conceive. Amen. I‘ve heard some ask the question that if indeed a person be saved, why does so many continue to fall during their walk of faith? It would leave some to believe that a Christian/Believer’s conversion is not authentic if one continue to fall into sin, which however leaves us with those that point the finger, accuse, judge, and make comments like; “That’s why I don’t trust churches, or Pastors”…etc…, right? In my times of failures, it would crush me literally, because I knew I loved God, my Lord, and His Word, but I couldn’t for the life of me understand why after all I’ve seen and witnessed (spiritually) why I continued to repeat the same actions, habits as before after accepting Christ, which left me feeling as the lease of God’s household. Then witnessing the struggle of the Apostle Paul…; For we know that the Law is spiritual, but I am of flesh, sold into bondage to sin. For what I am doing, I do not understand; for I am not practicing what I would like to do, but I am doing the very thing I hate.…”  Romans 7:14-23 (please read) …began to shine light on the fact that even though being born again caught up with Christ spiritually in positioning, physically, mentally and emotionally we’re going through this process of change to become more like our Lord to continue this great commission and walk of faith, however by no means does this permit one to continue in the sinful nature you were once called out of, but to resist, and to fight to make that calling sure as we press forward in faith and love. Amen. This is what such a display of God’s love compels one to do…fight for that positioning in the Kingdom of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ in which we stand united as the Body…Praise God. Therefore, may this great display of God’s love compel us into action to stand up in faith as a spiritual house, a spiritual family in Christ Jesus our Lord unwavering and uncompromising with the enemy as we continue in the great work set before us. May all power, honor and glory be given to such an awesome God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ and may the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob continue to watch over, protect, and bless everything you do and touch in Jesus name. Amen.

“Shrinking back out of fear doesn’t mean that we failed …

20140509-122442.jpg

…it means we’re only human and God isn’t done with us yet.

“Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
We’re all aware that fear paralyzes faith as children of God, but what is it that causes us to fear in the first place? The uncertainties of life…? “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?” … “So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Matthew 6:25-34. I’m no exception to the rule, I’ve shrunk back more than I’ve walked in victory and I’ve learned many things during this process of growing up and one that stands out the most is the fact that I had been trying to find a way to make God’s plan fit into my lifestyle, instead of my life fitting into God’s plans for me. This was the biggest struggle in my life. It was being afraid to let go of the world of things and trust God…”Having a form of Godliness, but denying its power.” For me personally this was what I called suffering “shipwreck faith.” However, our Lord is faithful even when we are not, and so it states that; “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.” Philippians 1:6. And again…; “Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.” Zachariah 4:6. Faith… is our most powerful weapon against fear and being human we will experience it more often than we wish, but we MUST come to terms within our inner most being that we serve a living God, a risen King and Lord who has not abandoned us to some foreign land as if unforgotten…No! “Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.” Deut.31:6 and “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” Hebrews 13:5. We have the promises of God and this is what we stand on without doubt, without compromise, and without fear. Therefore, having said this let us as a spiritual family built up in Christ Jesus our Lord press on forward being confident that He who raised our Lord and Savior from the dead is able to do more than we as human being could possibly fathom stand firm facing that “spirit of fear” knowing that we who confess Him and believe in Him will receive whatever we ask in His name. “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Hebrews 11:6. Let us be like minded, of the same heart and Spirit that is in all and work through all for the glory of God and make our calling sure. May the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob continue to watch over you, protect you and bless everything you do and touch in Jesus name… Amen.

“A BROKEN SPIRIT AND A CONTRITE HEART…”

imagesCACN64DJ

IS WHAT GOD DESIRES TO HEAL OUR CONDITION.

“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked:

 Who can know it?”Jerimiah 17:9

No other person in Biblical history can better share this example of a broken heart and contrite spirit better than the one who understood the sin he committed and tried to hide within his heart other than King David when he felt the hand of God pressing upon him…”the man after God’s own heart”…when he wrote in PSALMS 51; Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions. Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin.” (Please read the rest). Psalm 51 is marked by true characteristics of repentance such as:

  • Appeal to the mercy of God
  • Honesty
  • Understanding of the severity of sinning against God
  • No excuses or justification
  • Desire to reform
  • Recognition that forgiveness is not deserved but by grace alone

So we see here that giving more in church, more community work or volunteering our time, IS NOT what God requires of us as though it was by our deeds, (as the enemy would have us to believe, but God’s grace.) We tend to think if we just repent and move on as though it’s ok, we’re safe and right with God again, but warning against such thought, (one could be easily influenced by Satan to think all is fine, besides others do the same, right?) because the Word of God does states; But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.” 1 John 1:9… this stands true however, the kind of repentance we offer is something else. (The enemy fails to mention this part.) The Apostle Paul confirms that; For the kind of sorrow God wants us to experience leads us away from sin and results in salvation. There’s no regret for that kind of sorrow. But worldly sorrow, which lacks repentance, results in spiritual death.”2 Corinthians 7:10. What did it say…? There’s no regret. Amen. Meaning now, you are of a clear conscience before God, and Satan cannot use this “sin” to continue to accuse us or make us feel guilty for falling, if indeed there are some of us unsure about what we have done and just for some reason can’t find “peace of mind” with it, this may be the reason. It need to be laid bare before God in all honesty and poured out…then we can tell those demons; “Silence! I’m already forgiven for that by the cleansing of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by the washing of His blood.” Amen. The Kingdom of our Lord’s has an order and we as children of the living God live by that order; to worship our Father through our Lord and Savior in “Spirit and in Truth” and there is no other way…that’s law. My point in sharing is that we are merely passing through completing a work given unto us, and therefore we are living sacrifices, living by kingdom standards (spiritual) while in the flesh of our bodies (physical) our minds are still trying to grasps the depths of God’s wisdom as we grow from faith to faith and glory to glory. There is a difference between “I’m so sorry for sinning against you and my God…forgive me (from the heart), than “I’m sorry…for getting caught”, kind of attitude as we all know. We will stumble, fall, bump our heads, etc…, but what better way to practice such a repentance and grow up in spiritual maturity now, than to continue to get knock around by the world from lack of Knowledge and destroyed by the enemy because of spiritual ignorance of who we are in Christ and the requirements of our Lord and God in heaven? Therefore let us be reminded of whom we serve; the ALL knowing, ALL powerful, King of Kings and Lord of Lords…the first and the last, the same God yesterday, today and forever, be ALL  glory and praise and honor. Amen. May the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob watch over you, protect you and keep you and your household from ALL seen and unseen danger and continue to bless EVERYTHING you may do and touch in this life. Amen. God bless.

“STIR UP YOUR SPIRITUAL GIFTS…”

450x250-Spirit-banner

BECAUSE THE TIMES DRAW NIGH.

“For this reason I remind you to kindle afresh the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline.…” 2Timothy 1:6

Has it really dawned on us the life and service we as children of the living God, the life we’ve been called to? The work and task that is at hand in Christ Jesus our Lord? If not, please allow me to remind you as well as myself. It is a life of servitude, sacrifice and of love. I often forget these things when I’m faced with worldly situations or just wanting to participate in certain things I see “the world” engaging in, as though I’m being left out of something very important, then in an instant I’m reminded of the Apostle Paul’s words; for you were formerly darkness, but now you are Light in the Lord; walk as children of Light(for the fruit of the Light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth),…”Ephesians 5:8, stings a bit, but it is the truth and I can do nothing against the truth only for the truth. Then he also goes on to state; “For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. Therefore what benefit were you then deriving from the things of which you are now ashamed? For the outcome of those things is death. But now having been freed from sin and enslaved to God, you derive your benefit, resulting in sanctification, and the outcome, eternal life.…” Romans 6:21. Family, I believe this is where suffering as we see it, denying the flesh its desires and passions according to “the world” standards comes in. Though we are in “the world”, we are not of the world, we don’t “act” as the world, speak as the world speaks or even see as the world sees…by no means at all. We were bought at a very high price…the shedding of the Blood of Christ, our Lord and Savior and we belong to Him and one another, and as it is with our immediate family members, so it is at times with our spiritual family…we don’t all at times about the same things, but God has given us as a spiritual family a way to look beyond the physical barriers that separates many worldly families and that is the Spirit of our Lord Jesus Christ that works in all and through all to come to an agreement in love, and in patience and with wisdom and understanding, that we may mature spiritually and press forward in that higher calling that is found ONLY in our Lord and Savior. Amen. He has also equipped us with the proper talents and gifts to lean on one another in the hour of need that NONE shall be lacking anything for spiritual growth and maturity. Therefore, let us press forward in our faith, flaming into fire the precious talents and gifts bestowed upon us by glorious Father, being about His business which He has so graciously called us for in this life that we may not be disqualified by the cares and concerns of this world and its affairs. For our Lord knows ALL that we are in need of, and hears even the slightest whisper of our concerns, fears and doubts. So having said this, let’s move forward rekindled in our faith, hope, and love for one another and a renewed spirit that’s ready to give account for the faith that we share as part of His heavenly kingdom and for His glory. Amen. May the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob protect you from the evil one and watch over you and your household in Jesus name. God bless.

“SPIRITUAL BLINDNESS”…IS AN INFECTUOUS SPIRIT

download (1)

THAT ALL BELIEVERS MUST BE DELIVERED FROM.

How can you say to your brother, ‘Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when you yourself fail to see the plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye. Luke 6:42

Today as in the days of Christ on earth, “spiritual deliverance” wasn’t designed for non-believers…it was for those of us who believed in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. As the rejected of this life and the outcast of this world to be given such an honor and privilege to serve the King of all things seen and unseen, the Body of Christ, our house, the house of God is in turmoil. We have literally opened up so many spiritual doors knowingly and un-knowingly to passions and the pleasures of this life that it’s a scary thought when thinking about our spiritual condition. Let our Father be truth and every man a lie; “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23. Christ stated after calling the Disciples to himself; You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. “Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me.” John 15:3. They were delivered and prepared for the great commission…to heal the sick, cast out demons, and open the eyes of the blind, so apparently the power of the Holy Spirit was evident and upon them to perform the miracles and task that were needed for their ministries. Amen. Jesus also states as above “You hypocrite! First remove the plank out of (YOUR OWN EYE)…”  this is self deliverance, to speak against that which hinders our work and separates us from God to do what we were called to do in Jesus name…face the enemy. Though I write fictional content in my novels, based on “the worlds” perspective, I am fully aware of the reality that surrounds us. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, this IS NOT sci-fi or fantasy, though many of us confuse illusions with spiritual things of God because of our sinful nature…I am guilty as well…to grow up in our understanding of the things (spiritual) of God, we need put aside our childlike thinking and make our calling sure as men and women of God. Amen. If not we are worse off than the world; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.” 2 Timothy 3:5. Family, let us now give the enemy something to tremble about, that they may know us by name; And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?”  ACTS 19:15. Are we not part of this awesome heavenly family of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ? Have we not been commissioned as those fore-runners of faith that came before us? Have not God the Father foreknew us before we were in the womb? Of course we are. God believes in us, our Lord and Savior believes in us, the heavenly realm believes in us…this is why we were foreknew, called, predestined, redeemed and glorified, because God sees something in us even we don’t see, if only we would stand up and believe in the power that resides inside of us as children of the living God and a risen Lord and we have this as a promise that; “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.” Isaiah 54:17. God doesn’t lie. What more do we need when we have the promises of a living God? This is why we are MORE THAN CONQUERORS through Christ Jesus, this is why the enemies of our God are afraid for us to wake up from this nightmare and spiritual blindness, this is why so many before us pleaded that we need to wake up, know who we are in Christ and press on toward that upward calling in Christ Jesus. It’s not about how well we can speak, how we look before men as if we need to please them, or how many numbers we have in a church to determine the success of our ministry…NO…this is and have always been about Christ Jesus our Lord that works, operates and perform HIS continuing work through us that believe in Him as Lord and Savior. So face the spirit of Pride, Jealousy, Anger, Bitterness, Rage, Lust, Lies, and Illusions…call them out by name as the Lord give revelations of those that infect your spirit and bind them, cast them out, pray for one another, if you feel you are in need, and remember we are NOT alone as the enemy would have us to believe…all lies. We are children of a kingdom realized that dwells within our mortal bodies. Co-workers with our God, a workman made for good works in Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen. Having said this, I love you in Christ and my prayers are forever with you in this battle for the salvation of many who are yet to be set free from the enemy. May the love of God through Christ Jesus keep you safe and us bound together in brotherly love as our Lord refine us from faith to faith and glory to glory then we will no longer be as the world; “Leave them; they are blind guides. If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.” Matthew 15:14. Amen. May the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob watch over you and bless everything that you do and touch in Jesus name. God bless.

“IF WE TRULY BELIEVED”…IN WHO WALKED BY OUR SIDE

christianity_1559_1

WE WOULD NEVER WALK IN FEAR OR DOUBT AGAIN.

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” Isaiah 41:10

“Really…what causes us to fear? Is it the uncertainty of the unexpected in a world that appears to be falling apart before our eyes? Or perhaps the unknowing of what takes place around us spiritually? There could be a number of things which causes us to fear and doubt, whether it’s for family, job insecurities, our walk of faith being “lukewarm”, or just our unknown future. The fact is as children of the living God, sealed with the Holy Spirit and saved by His grace…what should we fear? The Lord stated that; “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33 and again He states; But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.” If we indeed believe and have faith in our Lord who foreknew us, called us, predestined and redeemed us at the price of shedding His blood on the Cross…then whom shall we fear? “If God is for us, who can be against us?” We have to start really beholding our Lord and savior before us in ALL that we do in faith and in love until this reality becomes a routine habit of thinking. The time is now that we as the body of Christ stand in and on our faith, because this is how we overcome this world. No longer swaying to deceptive illusions and things that tickle our ears to please the flesh and its desires, but truly stand up and present ourselves before the Lord as one worthy of his / her calling. This flesh is very weak to the things that the eye sees and has become an easy target in which that the enemy no longer appear to be threaten by. Why is that? Because so many of us as “Believers” compromise with the enemy without even knowing…”My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge” Hosea 4:6. I know being human has its flaws and without those flaws and defects we would have never needed a Savior…Praise God for my defects, because I am guilty more than I wish to recall and I consider myself unworthy even to be in the thought of God as one worth saving, but He showed me mercy and extended that amazing grace even unto me. Amen. How compassionate, kind, loving and generous a God we serve. Now brothers and sisters, it’s time for us to make that calling sure and realize who walks along side of us in this walk of faith, for He said; “Be strong and courageous; don’t be terrified or afraid of them (the enemy). For it is the LORD your God who goes with you; He will not leave you or forsake you.”  These are the words of an ALL powerful, All knowing, ALL seeing God who is not a man that He should lie, that keeps us as the apple of His eye. WOW! If you believe just one letter, one word in the Word of God…then claim these promises of God on your life this day and watch what Our God, our King and Lord can do through you with such a faith…my God…we would usher in the Kingdom of God before our eyes, because we would be more than ready for the appearing of our Lord and King, who is worthy to be praised and magnified. Amen. Having said that I will say this, let us not walk in fear any longer, or doubt that we may see the miracles of old right before our eyes as in those days. He is the same God yesterday, today and forever. We MUST return to that original faith as when we first believed in our Lord as Savior, as the days of the Apostles and our forefathers of faith…God said it…I believe it…that’s that. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1.  Only believe. May the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob keep you and watch over you and your love ones against ALL unseen hurt harm and danger. May He bless you in ALL you do and touch as we move from faith to faith and glory to glory. God bless.

What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?  He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?  Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No  one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.  Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?  As it is written:

“For your sake we face death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.  For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”  Roman 8:31-39. AMEN!!!!

“TRUTH…IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE…

12997-jesus-on-the-cross

…IN CONFLICT WITH THE WORLD”

What is truth? One of the most powerful questions asked in the world. Indeed everyone has their concept or version of what truth is… what religion is the correct religion to follow? Who Christ really was and is? Whose interpretation of the Word of God is most accurate? Or who’s “title” in a congregation gives more authority over one or the other? Incredible, but true, isn’t it? But these issues are very real and more than we care to admit effect body of Believers like a deadly cancer…just look around you at the condition of many “Churches” today. “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge:” Hosea 4:6. We as Believers, sadly to admit, walk, speak and act as “the world”, not understanding fully where the truth begins to be incorporated by the world and its actions, here and now is part of the body of Christ. We are suppose to defend this truth…this message of eternal life; For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.” “For though we walk in the flesh we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,  casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,” 2 Corinthians 10: 3-5…this is TRUTH. This IS what separates us from the rest of the world, family. This walk of faith isn’t by all means easy, and at times appears that the whole world including personal family members are against us for what we try stand for on a regular bases…spiritual wars on the outside, struggles and tears on the inside, but we press on, leaning on such a beautiful family that God has given us with each other to lean on…depend on when all seems dark and silent…our Lord NEVER leaves us alone or without comfort…look around at the words that we post, share, rejoice in and embrace…are we alone? By no means no, nor are we forgotten, maybe by the world, but not by one another. We were already forewarned; These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.John 16:33. This is TRUTH! If we are blessed with talents, wealth, knowledge, time, and the like, it is expected that we use these well to glorify God and benefit others and NOT for the act of selfishness. We are held accountable for what we know. “From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked” (Luke 12:48)  So let us glorify God and bless others with the gifts given us by God through our Lord Jesus Christ and continue in the faith we have held from the beginning when we first believed. Amen. Let us pull down those arguments that rises against the truth of the Word of God and begin to set those prisoners free, speak against those things that we hear that are contrary to the living Word of God and not compromise any longer with the world…that is not who we are any longer, but a new creation in Christ Jesus, set heavenward for an upward calling in our Lord. Amen. “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” Isaiah 41:10.  Therefore, let us move forward from faith to faith and glory to glory as we hold that truth before us in this daily walk…strengthening one another and sharpening one another by the Word with the Word of God and in love, kindness and patience, reflecting the glory of our Lord Jesus before the eyes of this world. May the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob keep watch over you all, protect you and your love ones and bless everything you touch and do in Jesus name. God bless. WHAT IS TRUTH?? Jesus Christ and the Spirit of our Lord that lives within us that joins us together as a family in Christ.

“BROKENNESS”…IS THE BEGINNING OF PERFECTION.

“And he said unto me..; My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” 2 Corinthians 12:9

Recently I’ve found myself dealing with many struggles around my life that I haven’t been able to understand. Though I’m an author that writes much about spiritual warfare and identifying things that seems to attack Believers unaware, at times we receive these attacks when we’re least expected from those we feel are most dear to us. They are unaware of course that they are merely the means of the enemy to slip in when your guards are down such as Job’s wife; “Are you still holding on to your integrity? Curse God and die!” Job 2:9, and our Lord to Peter after pronouncing to build His church upon him; But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.” Matthew 16:23. As our Lord and Job rebuked those statements from those close to them…I later pondered on the comment spoken to me…”Why are you the “Broken One.” Amen.  At the time I laughed it off not really giving it much thought , but took it only as a joke, but in all reality my life has been one of much suffering and lost…divorce, material lost, ridicule, and much more. Blinded by the enemy at every turn in my life, yet when given the opportunity to speak in front of brothers and sisters, I was told by other Pastors that I had a strong call upon my life some would say…as a Pastor, others, a Preacher or gifts they saw as an Apostle… though I didn’t understand this fully, I suppose they saw something I couldn’t. I’m just happy to have received a call at all…a sinner saved by the amazing grace of our God through our Lord Jesus Christ. For I am not worthy of such an honor, seeing that I feel that I am now the least in my Father’s household. Many days and nights of tears and sadness, yet, my God have been gracious unto me more than I could ever ask. I reflected on much of this and as Job shouted…”Praise be to God, for the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away.” I came into this world with nothing and I will leave this world with nothing (materially) that is, so therefore I, too will boast in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. I WILL shout from the highest mountain of all the wonderful and beautiful things the Lord has done for me. Before His assembly I WILL tell of the unsearchable amount of riches I found in Christ in this life as He held my hand and completed the work He began in me as He carried me from faith to faith and glory to glory for His name sake. I only can pray that God continue to bless each and every one of you in Christ and may His power and Holy Spirit rest upon you in abundance as you are carried from faith to faith. Therefore, having said this, in all that I may encounter and go through, may God continue to be my defense in battle, my stronghold and support, my refuge and strength in my weaknesses as this world and the things thereof become more and more insignificant to me. May the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob continue to watch over, protect, and keep you and your love ones as you press forward in that upward calling in Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen and God bless.

“STANDING ON THE PROMISES OF GOD…”

…ASSURES US VICTORY BY FAITH THROUGH CHRIST JESUS OUR LORD.

Why do many Believers around the globe suffer shipwreck faith? Is it that we find ourselves weaker than the enemy? Perhaps we compromise too much with sin or just flat out get tired of feeling like things remain the same and can only see very little progress in our walk of faith? Or…it’s God’s will for us to continue to go through such suffering because it helps our growth? God forbid! Yes…our faith go through trials to prove itself genuine and yes…the enemy does tempt us with and by things of the world that leads to our struggle against flesh and spirit, however, our Lord stated in John 10:10; “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. I’m sure the enemy would LOVE to take credit for such a failure in our lack of faith, but the problem most recently discovered is our lack to stand on and claim the promises of God in our lives by faith that puts God into action on behalf of His children. When was the last time you reviewed the promises of God spoken for Believers? I’m guilty…its been a while and for that reason of not speaking those promises, claiming those promises, and walking in faith because of those promises have too suffered shipwreck faith. Brothers and sisters we never intend to fail in this fight and walk of faith, but at times we tend to forget this was the problem of the Exodus generation in which they failed to walk by faith in the promises of God, thus “missing the mark” and “falling short” thereof of entering into God’s rest. This is where our flesh moves over and God the Holy Spirit takes control…this is living and walking by faith…it is God’s grace. Amen. The work of our Lord is complete, and we are made complete in Him, therefore we need only move “self” the flesh out of the way and permit the work of the Holy Spirit through us. God knows EVERYTHING we fight with, EVERYTHING that we are going through, EVERY struggle, EVERY temptation, EVERY painful situation and tears…He knows it all and as long as we stand in the way, because our God is a gentleman, He will let us try to work it out for ourselves as long as we stand in His way to work until we’re tired and suffered enough to say; “Ok, Father…I surrender this to you.” And then we begin by faith to see the miracles of the hand of God in our lives and watch EVERYTHING become new and transformed by the power of our God. Amen. Then we will see our joy complete in Christ Jesus our Lord and rise above these circumstances of the world and be about our Father’s business and press forward in the faith that we had when we first believed with a renewed faith, hope and love that wages war against the enemies of the living God as David did and claim victory in Jesus name, because the battle is the Lord’s and there is NO WEAPONS formed that shall prosper against the children of the most high God, because we are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus our Lord!!  Deuteronomy 31:6, “Be strong and of good courage. Fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, He it is that doth go with thee: He will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.”  Isaiah 41:10, “Fear thou not, for I am with thee: be not dismayed: for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea. I will help thee; yea. I will uphold thee with the right hand of My righteouness.” Therefore let us press forward without fear, for fear is a sin and DOES NOT claim the promises of God and may the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob watch over you and protect you and bless you in all that you do and touch from this day forward as we claim those spoken promises of God in our lives by faith through Christ Jesus our Lord. God bless.
